Student Scholarship Application
To be considered, applications must be submitted by April 15th, for the following academic school year. Scholarships will be awarded by May 1. Documentation including grades and proof of enrollment along with student ID and college mailing address for funds to be sent to must be in by July 20 for the fall and December 20 for the spring.

Titus Education Foundation Application Instructions

This scholarship application process considers many things during selection. The criteria for selecting winners considers many things grades and test scores extracurricular activities, citizenship to name a few items so please answer each question with as much detail as possible. Incomplete applications will not be considered.

Guidelines and Useful Suggestions:

The student application is due to the Titus Education Foundation no later than April 1st. THE APPLICATION MUST BE EITHER TYPED OR COMPLETED ONLINE. Hand-written applications will not be accepted. The Titus Education Foundation scholarship application is available to be downloaded from the website. All questions must be answered. Only these forms can be used to record information for this scholarship. Please use only the space provided on the application to respond to each question. Do not attach any extra sheets with additional information to this scholarship application. Do not include your name or the name of any family member in any of the questions. The only place your name should be is on the cover page and the last sheet of this application packet where your signature is required. If you are under 18, your parent must also sign this application.

Useful Tip: Spell and punctuate correctly. Have someone else check your work for mistakes.

Distributions for this trust will be for expenses that will promote education. All applications will be reviewed and evaluated.
